Tavern "Toni" is located in the eco-ethno village of Dol in a house over 300 years old, with a terrace covered with centuries-old grape vine. During summer heat all day long it is a pleasant stay for you and the evening freshness, which starts here very early, makes your stay particularly enjoyable.

Homemade dishes of this region are made from selected ingredients. Only processed foods of controlled origin (smoked ham, cheese, fish, lamb, olive, olive oil, wine, vegetables ...) are used for the preparation.

Wine and brandy with the addition of medicinal and aromatic herbs to traditional recipes (gooseberries, strawberries, walnuts, brandy and mulberry brandy) are produced by the owners themselves and the fish is exclusively fresh from local fishermen.

The "Turanj" tavern is located outside of the village of Donji Humac in a secluded part of the natural environment of its own vineyards and olive groves.

Tastefully decorated family type Dalmatian tavern  with its many antique exhibits has two bright bowlings, an outdoor terrace in the olive grove and a stone polished cottage over 150 years old.

A variety of Brač specialties are prepared using traditional recipes. Dalmatian ham, Brač cheese, lamb from a spit, veal under a pail, risottos and pasta are just part of a rich menu. From domestic products you can taste white and black wine, past, various aperitifs, olive oil and olive products.

In the family farm Ranjak, Supetar way of preparing and serving the meals  is adapted to slow enjoyment in food, in a pleasant ambience, surrounded by scents of lavender, rosemary and sage.

The dishes are made using traditional recipes, from organic produce and ingredients produced and grown on the farm.
The menu includes homemade lamb, domestic poultry, cheese and eggs, and various vegetables (bushy, leafy, rooted ...) mainly from own production or purchased from small local producers, from other agricultural holdings, and various olive products and olive oil.

Also featured are domestic fruits made in various ways and dried (brushed and salted almonds, dried figs, fruit jams and figs with healing herbs) as well as a rich collection of spices, homemade brandies and liqueurs. Apart from that, pears are made from own produce (pasta, gnocchi, lasagna ...) and breads under the bakery and various homemade cakes and pastries.
